A few hours dedicated to refresh body, mind and heart as we prepare for our journey of emergence into high spring and summer.

Gentle yoga with essential oils, nature connection walk, light lunch and we’ll close with a guided meditation for clarity.

Saturday 30 April 2022, 11.30am to 3pm with Siobhán Sloane at SETU

Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced yoga therapist, hatha and yin yoga instructor and environmental education practioner.

She runs yoga and nature-based programmes for adults and children and wellbeing in nature experiences in the west of Ireland.

Siobhán has a BA in Heritage Studies and is a member of the Forest School Association and Yoga Therapy Ireland.
