Yin Yoga is suitable for beginners or as a compliment to your yang / flowing yoga practice.
Yin is a slower but deeper form of yoga; ideal for anyone drawn to the meditative side of yoga. The essential oils bring some warmth & light to these darker winter days.

A gathering to explore the yang or active flowing and the yin or settled elements of yoga & meditation in a friendly, relaxed setting with herbal teas, snacks & nourishing lunch.

Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced yoga therapist, hatha and yin yoga instructor and environmental education practioner.

She runs yoga and nature-based programmes for adults and children and wellbeing in nature experiences in the west of Ireland.

Siobhán has a BA in Heritage Studies and is a member of the Forest School Association and Yoga Therapy Ireland.
