In-studio classes are not available at present, so we have adapted and can share an online guided yoga practice.

30 minute regular practice each Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm

Getting ready for your at-home yoga practice:

Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat and have a warm blanket close by for relaxation.

Creative by Nature | 4 Week Online Course

Starts Saturday 8 May 2021 at 10am

Ages: 7 to 12 years

Fun and interactive yoga and nature-inspired course for children. Child-led nature inspired games, stories and activities to help children express their creativity.  Age-appropriate yoga, breathing and relaxation to find calm.  Facilitated by Siobhán Sloane, the children’s imagination will lead the sessions.

Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced eco-tour guide and yoga instructor. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years.  She runs regular yoga classes, workshops and wellness in nature walks.
