Find Your Essential Nature
Unplug Picnic – Eco Wellness Experiences. We go off the beaten track where wild nature and cultural heritage meet to find space to unplug and connect with ourselves.
Our focus is on stopping to take in our surroundings rather than covering long distances. Along the way I’ll share my knowledge of wild plants and flowers and their traditional uses.
Guided nature walk learning about wild plants and flowers and their traditional uses
Mindfulness in nature drawing on yoga and forest-bathing practices
Individual picnic lunch with locally sourced ingredients
About your Guide:
Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced eco-tour guide and yoga therapy instructor. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years and is an environmental education guide in the Burren with a special interest in wild flowers and foraging.
What to Bring:

As a qualified and experienced yoga instructor and eco-tour guide, I have combined my love of nature, plant-lore, seasonal food, hiking and yoga to design Unplug Picnic.
As well as the Burren region, I organise walks in other locations around Ireland. All places of natural beauty with their own cultural heritage.
I can also arrange bespoke Unplug Picnic events for small groups of friends, families or as a workteam wellness activity.
