Nature Connection Burren Walk

Experience the Burren with all your senses on a guided wellbeing walk.

6km Cusack Way Trail meanders through wildflower meadow, quiet country road, hedgerow and hazel wood leading to the historical Cahercommaun cliff fort with panoramic views of Carron turlough and Burren limestone.

Tap into the traditions of common plants, their folklore and uses.  Visit the Cusack cottage for tea and scones homestead of the heart and soul of Gaelic games.

Stop to relax with guided meditation in tranquil surrounds.

Yoga Therapy | 1:1 Sessions

In yoga therapy we work one to one to create a personal yoga programme to support your wellbeing through movement, breath work and relaxation.

Yoga therapy practice is designed with you and for you taking a holistic approach to help you find more easeful movement and balance, vibrancy and more restful sleep.

Nature & Yoga Camp for Teens

Clarenbridge, Co. Galway

Outdoor summer camp with a difference for ages 12 to 15 to connect with the natural world through sensory activities, imagination and creativity.

With our base at Setu in Kilcornan, there’s lots of outdoor space to engage with nature.

Activities include:

  • Mindful movement, breathing and relaxation
  • Introduction to the cycles of nature
  • Our connection with trees
  • Storytelling circle
  • Nature art, poems and songs

Outdoor Yoga | Clarenbridge | July

Outdoor Yoga in the Garden of Setu Studio Space in Kilcornan Woods, Clarenbridge, Galway.

New students and all levels welcome. Gentle class where the focus is on moving, breathing and relaxation in nature.

Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced yoga therapist and environmental education guide. She leads wellness in nature experiences in the west of Ireland.

Siobhán has a BA in Heritage Studies and is a member of the Forest School Association.
